Ken was extremely responsive by phone. He was able to accomodate my tight timeline. He constantly updated me on any changes to the schedule. Bob, the individual who finished the project, was extremely conscientious about finishing the job and finished it in a very cost effective way. I could tell that his instinct was to do things perfectly. He cleaned up well and was very pleasant to work with. Overall the experience was teriffic.
