The whole thing started a few weeks ago.  The initial service went well.  They came out to repair a leak and fixed it.  After we got the hot tub running again, we realized that adjacent to the leak the water wasn’t heating.  I called them out again to look at that.  We have 4 accesses to our water heater.  It is sitting in a deck and is not accessible. The technician was frustrated with the access issue.   The second time I don’t think it wet as well.  I thought she was more frustrated and I wasn’t sure she wanted to work on it anymore.  She told me we needed a new pump for the hot water heater.  I didn’t hear back from them for 2 days, so I went ahead and called somebody else.  I called the lady owner and talked to her.   I felt she lacked the confidence second time around.  She broke something actually the second time she came out.  I would not use them again.
