 + -1 moreDon is extremely patient and very knowledgeable. I have very basic computer skills so he came to my home and sat with me while he taught me the Windows 8 program on my new computer. Spent 2 hours with me on first visit. Very patient and pleasant to work with; corrects in positive way which is so welcome. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs encouragement while learning to navigate around a computer. He goes the "extra mile" while troubleshooting and does not give up until he finds a solution.
Description of Work: Comes to home or connects remotely to trouble shoot problems. Initially tutored me on Windows 8 & new computer. Subsequent f/u with installing new printer.
