Scrivanich was recommended to us by our remodel contractor, and the entire process went smoothly. I worked with Jen and followed her recommendations to find granite slabs my wife and I liked. She was very helpful when it came time to map out the templates on the slabs. The installation went great and it looks fantastic. I would go back to Scrivanich in the future.

Walked into their showroom without an appointment, they don't have granite on site, only quartz, however Rick Moraski made me feel right at home and gave me a list of granite dealers.  When it was time to order a slab, he gave me a list of who had my granite in stock, with prices,  and I was able to go and pick out the slab which worked for my kitchen.
Countertops installation was amazing.  Elon, who templated the kitchen, was so professional.  He asked dozens of questions and made sure everything was correct.  I was able to go and help with the layout on the slab to make sure the seam lines were acceptable.  Installation team were on time and speedy.
Unfortunately the window sill was cut to my contractor's specifications and wasn't centered, but Scrivanich sent Ulysses out and  he cut an sanded it on site and it is perfect.
These guys are the best, and I would not hesitate to use them again for any counter top.

Everything went smoothly, on time and was very professional. We purchased the granite at Oregon Marble and Tile; Scrivanich took care of everything else - originally letting us know how much granite we needed, template, fabricating and installation. Rick was our primary contact at Scrivanich and he was always wonderful to work with and always accessible. The installation went well and we were happy with the work.

We were very happy with everything and gladly recommend Scrivanich for any stone countertop fabrication.

The job went very well and I gave Scrivanich Natural Stone an and quot;Aand quot; in all categorys except price. They did have a decent price as far as our bathroom remodel went. We did get several bids on our little project, and Scrivanich won out. I just think the granite/quartz industry as a whole, is overpriced (but, that is just me).
In all, Scrivanich did a fine job. They were competitive on price, on time with template making and installation. Rick was easy to work with and responded to all our questions in a timely manner. Very professional throughout.

Worked with Jen, she was nice. I had to ask a lot of questions to get all the details I needed. Sometimes it was hard to get a hold of her. She seemed more knowledgeable than another company's rep that I was working with so I chose Scrinvanich. Also, I had heard good things about them compared to other companies.  They arrived on time and did the work.
We had picked out our granite at Meta and had it moved to Scrinvanich.
First they sent someone to do the template - that went fine and fast. Then we had to take those templates and place them on the granite piece at Scrinvanich. Odd experience - not what I expected. I thought and was excited about looking at a vignette with my granite laid out, but it was just outside in the yard with masking tape and templates. Really not glamorous or inspiring. I had to work with Jen to get the templates to go on the way I wanted them. She had her ideas, but since I was going to be living with it I went with accenting what I wanted on the granite as best as we could fit it.
Actual installation day, they had trouble getting my counter off and did damage the cabinets a bit. I happen to be in the room
when they did that and they didn't bring anything up to me - they tried to repair it, but the drawer stuck after they left. I had another contractor fix it. Also, the granite was soooo heavy and such a big piece that when they put it on one of my solo one door cabinets by the dishwasher at the end came off the wall a bit. The granite was place and epoxied by then so they pushed on the cabinet, but there was a big gap that was visible from the end looking into the kitchen. I pointed it out and they said the granite was placed. I called Jen and she said they should have stopped and removed the granite and had me get that repaired and tried again. That didn't happen and the counters were down wit the gap. I had another contractor fix/hide it as best he could.
Overall, now that I have that experience, I would use them again, but I would be more cautious and not afraid to call out the issues on the spot. If I had then I think they would have been responsive. Although - it is a pain to not have your kitchen operational while things have to get fixed.
At a later date I had them work a remnant piece that I had. I will say they went out of their way and delivered it to me when they were in the area without making a big deal about it. That was really appreciated. They have potential to be all A's, but they miss it by not following through or not making it right on the spot. I'd be willing to give them another chance to prove themselves.

My experience with them was very good. I like the fact they could get the unusual countertop I wanted and they got the right sink we wanted, they were patient and helped get what I wanted, and we they helped us. They were really gracious about, "You know, when you're ready and let us know and we'll get it for you," and the other company wouldn't do that.

We used them for some work here before, so we already knew him before. We also had him do our bathroom remodel. We already used them twice. The guy who came was great! I would absolutely use them again.

I spent about $1,500 on the job. I was doing some remodeling and I needed some granite to match the existing granite. I was able to find two pieces that matched very nicely. They came out and did the template. They came back and did the installation. They also did some repair work; some pieces around the sink and stove were broken. They did a great job. They went above and beyond in matching the pieces; it was really nice. The repair work was excellent. They also did some caulking, which I did not expect; it was a nice surprise. The pricing was good. I have referred them to others. I would use them again in the future.

Our designer, Ellie Baker of Soleil By Design, found Scrivanich for us when we began our bathroom remodels. The granite is beautiful, the cuts and precise, the polish and finish are spectacular. We loved the bathroom transitions so much that we asked to use Scrivanich again when we remodeled our kitchen. We're very happy that we did.

I strongly recommend the good folks at Scrivanich Natural Stone.

We picked out a granite remnant and after the template was made of our master bathroom vanity and pony wall, the countertop (double sink) and pony wall cap were fabricated. On July 2nd the countertop and pony wall cap were installed, and after the installers left our house, we discerned that the pony wall cap was not level. It slanted down approximately 3/16 of an inch which was very noticeable when looking at the level and even without the level. On July 8th the same two installers attempted to remove the pony wall cap and while doing so, cracked the granite. They hid this fact and attempted to perform a crack repair in the back of their van. When I questioned them about what they were doing in the van, they indicated that they were simply removing some of the excess epoxy before reinstalling the cap. I confronted them at the front door before they carried the slab back upstairs, asking them if they had cracked the slab. They responded that they did not and that they were simply using a slat of wood and clamps to strengthen the slab while they carried it upstairs. I monitored their work off and on making sure that the slab was level. The wood slat and clamps were still attached crosswise on the slab, covering the crack "repair" they had made, but I noted the wall cap was level so that was an improvement over the previous install, all the while I was unaware of the crack and subsequent repair. I questioned why they didn't just remove the wood slat and clamps and leave and they explained that they wanted to wait 20 mins. to be sure that the cap was still level. 20 mins later I'm in my downstairs office and they bring all their equipment out of the house and say they are finished with the job and they took off. I didn't look at the finished work until my husband came home an hour later at which time we discovered the crack which was no longer hidden by the wood slat and clamps. When I immediately complained by phone to the project manager, I was very angry at the time and he returned my anger by yelling at me and telling me that cracks are a normal part of granite work. I responded that lying and covering up shoddy work - attempting a repair of the crack in the back of their van - was not a normal part of granite work. Had they shown me the crack and told me they would bring it back to the shop for a professional repair - I would have been fine with that. As it was, however, they lied about cracking it, they attempted a crude repair in their van, hid the "repaired" crack with a wood slat and clamps, and then left, proclaiming the job completed. The final outcome: a new granite wall cap was made of the same granite remnant but it had to be made with an opposite running grain because of insufficient material. We accepted the final product, were credited $200 for the wall cap materials, and we will never use Scrivanich again - too bad, 'cause we are having a huge kitchen remodel done early next year.

Very professional organization with detailed quotes and options. All appointments were on time and as scheduled. Workers were courteous and did not make a mess. Joints were perfect, however one stove rail was installed a little off and they immediately corrected it. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again for any tile or stone projects.
