RUBBISH TRUCK

Very professional experience. Guys were in uniform, worked hard and came in under budget!

Requested quote online. When called was told by collector that this was a pick up not a quote. Was prepared to turn away but said he would match the price we had for the next day. Gave us one price up front then charged us higher. Worker complained that his boss wasn't even breaking even on his franchise and they should charge us and additional $100. Stated that we had 1 1/4 loads. Husband saw 1st load-all recycle wood, it wasn't a full load actually was less than 3/4. they said they wanted to drop it so they wouldn't have to sort it from other non wood items. They said 2nd load was 1/2 load it wasn't even closeto 1/2 truck. Workers were extremely slow in loading. What should have been a 30-45 minute job was well over 2 hours-perhaps they charged us by the hour not the load!

We called Rubbish Truck because of a flyer left on our door. John was great to work with. He came to the house gave us an estimate. He was able to remove everything the very next day. He was prompt and also cleaned up the area after removing the debris. We were very happy with work. The total bill was more than the original estimate but was fair.
