Kevin did the consultation for no charge and was a pleasure to work with. MaryAnne who works in the office was wonderful as well.

The first time I hired Regiment, I was desperate because I had bought a house and the exterior, garage, and decks were covered in spiderwebs and spiders. I was afraid to step through my front door because the area was inundated with webs and spiders, or to walk on my floors without shoes or slippers because spiders large and small seemed to be everywhere. I tried clearing around my doors and on the inside but they just came back. Kevin came out and not only treated my house so that the spiders were gone and stayed gone, but he completely cleaned the exterior of my house of all webs, even under the decks.
Regiment now comes back quarterly to perform pest control - they use appropriate chemicals so that they do not have to treat monthly, thus they keep my house clear AND save me money.
I was afraid I had carpenter ants in the early summer this year and spoke with Mary Anne, who advised that a wave of ants had passed through the area but were mostly cleared out by the time I called - she was absolutley right, and I only ended up seeing of few of them. Regiment could have come out and charged me for needless service, however they operate with integrity and will not provide services that are not needed. I will continue to do business with them and am glad for the opportunity to work with an ethical and trustworthy company whose word I can rely on.

They are excellent. They're reliable, honest and I really trust them. I've been using them for 20 years and have never had any problems. I would highly recommend them.

When they come they look for things that I might not even be aware of like yellow jackets messing my yard and so forth. They always have an eye out for problems while they are here. They are proactive that way and take all the preventive measures. They are also very timely, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They had once treated a yellow jacket mess in the past. I am totally satisfied with their service.

It was great! They have reasonable costs, they do good work, they came when they were supposed to. They use good materials, and they clean up after themselves.

Kevin was great to work with. He determined the squirrel was nesting only in the roof soffit which has extensive damage due to wood rot. He could not get the squirrel to leave, so we assumed she has babies or will soon. He didn't want to seal up the entry hole for two reasons. He didn't want to trap the squirrel in the attic, and even if we could get the squirrel out, it would easily work it's way back in because of the wood rot. He said I needed to get a carpenter to replace the wood soffit completely in order to secure the attic space. Meanwhile, he recommended trapping and removing the squirrel, which he doesn't do but could recommend someone. This means killing the squirrel, which I don't want to do. I have decided to wait a few months until the babies are born and gone so it is easier to get the squirrel out, and will then have the work done on the house. Kevin completely understood my desire not to kill the squirrel, and really helped discuss all the alternatives.

Regiment does a very thorough job and they do a good inspection before doing the extermination. The people that work for them are very nice and courteous. I will continue to use their services.

I love these guys. It is a small company. Two brothers run the extermination and their sister runs the office. I got their name from a friend of mine who had carpenter ants. I was impressed by my friend's account of how they hunted down the nest away from the house. Most companies just treat the house and don't care to find the hive. We recently found out that we had a rat problem. We were getting our house retro fitted, and the retrofitters found lots of "activity" while in our crawl spaces and walls. Before Regiment, we had traps going off in our attic and a program for 5+ years to maintain/get rid of rats. I was furious with what the retrofitters found. I called Regiment and Kevin came out. He spent 3 hours crawling in and out of our house. He sealed some areas with concrete, others with mesh, cleaned, and loaded traps. He got rid of our rats. No more in the attic - no activity anywhere.

DID A GOOD JOB, NOT VERY PUNCTUAL, BUT WORTH WAITING FOR. CLEANED UP ALL THE MESS.
