Professional Heating

When they did come they came and never completed the service. They put an oversized hole in my outer wall and left it open. They over cut the area in the roof and it leaked profusely till the drywall was about to give way. Numerous calls on all of these issues.  They would not get me a reciept or warrentee information untill numerous calls hounding them to do the right thing. They wanted me to pay 500.00 up front for future visits to do tuneups yearly. I said no. Good thing I did. They never called me to get me on board for the tuneup for the next season. They claimed they were 5 star and had numerous experience in this area. They hounded me to do a angies list of top grade A service even after all of this. Then my furnace quits barely a year after installation. I call. They wont call me back. One of the partners answered the phone and said that call the other partner and he will do right by me. He has never called me back. He went on board with Snohomish Heating. So he has tainted their business also. That owner claimed that the person does not hold any responsibility toward me and called me the next day when I had to call someone else because they would not return my call either. So if you choose to have one of these businesses you will be hung out to dry. Apparently Professional Heating is bankrupt.
