Premier Home Repairs

First, we had cotacted several contractors about the job, some came out and looked at, and none even gave us a bid until we contacted Darren at Premier Home Repairs on a recommendation from an inlaw. 
Second, we were in a time crunch because there were holes exposed to the elements and we're working to get the house ready to sell. Darren responded to our plight incredibly quickly.  After he saw the situation, he tacked up some protective paper before leaving to calculate the quote.  He giave us a bid later the same day and scheduled the work for the following week.
Third, the work was scheduled for the hottest day of the year -- into the 90s -- and the guys showed up first thing in the morning, always with a smile on their faces.  I expected them to leave early as the heat became unbearable, but they soldiered on til 5 pm.  After that, I wouldn't have been surprised if they took a day off, but no, they were back by 8 am and finished the job that afternoon, even though it was only a few degrees cooler. 
The results look great and they cleaned up all the rotten wood.  It looks better than new and I can't say enough about what a positive experience it was.
