We thought we had a potential problem with roof, Jeff did a thorough inspection of the roof and attic area, advised us that no repair was necessary at this time and did not charge for his service.. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Communicated well about when the job would be performed, did a temporary patch immediately and finished the repair work as scheduled. I would hire again.

Jeff was very friendly and explained his thoughts and processes regarding the repair of my roof. He was the low bid by almost half. The work quality seems great but it hasn't rained hard yet. But my skylight seems in much better shape than it did before they did the work. I would recommend this company.

On time, professional and affordable. Helpful guidance on how to care for my roof. A flat roof with lots of moss he removed and repaired ridge vent to prevent leaking. I will definitely call Jeff when it's time to replace the roof in the spring.

Don't let the old work van fool you. This is a top contractor that does great work for a fair price. The owner is friendly, and attentive to the customers needs. The crew were friendly too. They did an immaculate job of cleaning up after the job and they started and finished on time without any cost over runs, extras or change orders. Potential Services, LLC was terrific. Not only did they do a fine job on schedule and on budget, they were prompt, courteous, and friendly. Months after the work was complete, I accidentally cut a gash in a torch-down flashing sheet lining my gutters, placed a call to this company, and within an hour, they showed up to make a repair to maintain the integrity of the roof. Very professional and friendly to work with!

Excellent service at great value! Some of my roof shingles was blown away by recent windstorm. Jeff came in same day I asked for my roof to be looked at. They patched the spots where my roof is missing shingles as I continue to evaluate all quotes i am getting (this was great as it was raining all week). Once selected, the roof work was worked on professionally and on time. I highly recommend Potential Services for your roof fixing needs!

Amazing! Called about a leaking roof in the evening and they arrived first thing in the morning. They've fixed our roof for an amazingly low/reasonable price and couldn't have been more professional. Potential Services is outstanding. They came out quickly, inspected the roof and showed why it needed to be replaced. They had roofing samples and produced different bids for different roofing materials. They were able to schedule quickly, then accommodate my own delay. They were prompt and efficient. The installation and cleanup were excellent. The owner always answers the phone and is readily available for questions. I have new roof that looks great. While Potential Services was working on my roof, two of my neighbors signed them up for their roofing needs, one for repairs, one for a new roof. I definitely recommend them.
