They were very good.

Mrs. Bloom is the owner; she is incredible and very talented in designing the landscapes. Her husband runs the installation crew and together they do a very good job. The quality was superb and the design was very good. They are also working on the warranty period for me. I had a plumbing problem in my yard and they worked on the same. They gave me several options for hardscaping, softscaping and fencing. I liked their services a lot and will use the same in future.

One of the most positive experiences I've ever had with a contractor. Jessi listened carefully to my desires and incorporated them into something beautiful and functional. Jessi is a fountain of knowledge and enthusiasm and her crew is professional and knows exactly what they're doing. The foreman on our job, Greg, was especially kind and helpful.

It was great! I contacted Jessi after looking at many different landscapers in the area and meeting in person with one other that I did not like. I was nervous because the project was big financially for me - but not the gigantic size and budget that I know some people spend. I wanted to find someone who did GREAT creative and organicaly focused work but that also seemed approchable. Some of the websites/companies I looked at just seemed over the top - and not approachable. Jessi's experience seemed to run the gamut from super big fancy jobs to smaller spaces that were beautiful yet practical. After meeting with her I knew NW Bloom was the company for us! Unfortunately the crew had to do the install during the rainest week of Jan but they were troopers. Everyone was professional and friendly. I was very nervous about how it would turn out but I LOVE the yard. Jessi went through everything with me thouroughly, including how to care for and water the plants and I can't wait for the weather to dry/warm up so that we can enjoy our backyard. Jessi payed special attention to our needs - we have a VERY wet area due to some issues with how our builder leveled the site and we have a neighbor with a terrible blackberry/weed problem that we wanted to fight against so we won't spend the rest of our years in the house dealing with his weeds in our yard. She was extremely knowledgable and attentive to our concerns.

We had a great experience with them overall. They really know their stuff from the beginning. They made sure that all their keys were crossed and that the lights were guarded. We knew exactly what we were getting from the beginning. They came up with creative solutions. They executed things in the time they said they would and within their estimated cost.

Very well. They are busy and somewhat pricey for their labor costs, but entirely trustworthy and great to work with.

They did a great job with all the work. Since they also design they handled every aspect of the job. The owner was great to work with and listened to what we wanted. They were very flexible with everything and actually came in $20 under budget. They are also a very ecological company as well.
