The end result works great, but getting there took some effort. The biggest headache was that before installation it was "no problem -- we've put systems in even smaller locations" and during installation they had to disassemble the system then reassemble in the tight space, which wasn't planned. The way it's installed will make servicing quite a tricky matter. The people were very nice to work with, but one particular worker needed a bit more common sense.

Terrible.  They did not finish the job.

Chris's estimate was very reasonable and his knowledge of product was superb.  I have allergies so we wanted a superior filter system.  He was able to give me recommendations of different types and feedback from others who installed that same product.  He was very willing to take time to answer all my little questions.  The installer, Pat, was on-time, very pleasant, and zoomed through the install.  I couldn't believe how fast and smoothly the whole thing went.  System works great.

Repair person showed up at the wrong house and somehow got his tools locked int there. When he did repair the furnace (and I use the word repair loosely) I returned to the house to find that the blower still didn't work. After a second visit the furnace stopped working after a couple weeks. I looked into the furnace box and found that he had replaced the filter with a filter that was the wrong size and didn't even cover the vent hole, and was damaged as well. I'm sitting in a 50deg house writing this having just joined Angies list to find a more reputable service tech.

Not well, and now Norhwoood is threating to ruin our credit if we do not pay for the second service call.
