Not done well at all. Work was done in a sloppy manner or not done at all although it showed as completed on the invoice. In the end we hired someone else on our dime to complete 2 of the items they were supposed to do but didn't. They had a few sub-contractors involved and it was very fishy.

One member of the 3-man crew was a little late but he arrived while the crew manager was reviewing the project site, then they got right to it! They had all the right tools and supplies and did a great job on my fence.

My neighboor had his fence installed by Northcreek Fencing and after talking with him I had Grant come out and give me an estimate. I could have gone with a larger company for a lesser price but I feel strongly about supporting a local small company. Grant is an extremly personable guy as is his lead builder Jason. He responsiveness and time management may be an issue for some especially if you have a specific timeline that you are trying to meet. The qulaity of his work is excellent and we are happy with the end result. A miscomunication in regards to the detail of the trellis resulted in Grant haveing to come up with a fix with out having to tear out posts and replace them. The fix looks great and Grant absorbed the extra cost of material and labor this also included putting in an extra large post so my neighboor can install a large gate on his side of the property.

Great price, good fence. Install went as scheduled however they never gave us the final invoice. I had to contact them and ask them if they wanted to get paid. My neighbors asked them to come out and correct some issues. This was never done.

After buying a house one of the first things we needed was a fence. We have 3 small dogs who love to explore the neighborhood and we needed to keep them in the yard. We contacted about 10 different companies on Angie's List and via Google to get bids. The owner Grant was priced fairly before coming out to bid and after as well.My father was an electrician, alarm installer, and general contractor - so I had a big list of questions and requests.
Grant answered all of the questions and was able to honor all of the requests. In particular my father insisted the fence not be attached the house structure itself, which required some creativity - but they pulled it off.
His crew was all legal US immigrants. This is a huge plus as I feel it is important to support the local community. One of the guys was on summer break from college and the other lives just 10 miles down the road. They were polite, professional and did great work.
They showed up twice. Once to dig the fence holes and pour the concrete. The second (2 days later (to let concrete cure)) to install the chain link and gate hardware.
Overall fantastic quality work. They showed me the work at each stage and asked for guidance. For example my land is not flat so they asked me if I wanted the fence level (with gaps below the fence) or parallel to the ground (which would look saggy). I went with the former and they even recommended where I could get a load of rocks or dirt to level it out.
I would strongly recommend them. The work is fantastic and the pricing is fair.

Grant was very professional and responsive to our request for a bid. We had some idea of some changes we wanted in the footprint of our existing fence. Grant worked with us and came up with a wonderful solution. His team showed up on time were very professional and hard working. The job was finished on time and his team did a wonderful job on cleaning up the job site afterward. Grant came back to ensure we were happy with the fence and found a few things he was not happy with and they were immediately taken care of. We have used Grant's company for two fences and will be using his company again for a third. Grants team had to also work around some plantings and were very careful in moving some and working around the others. We also had to have some cement taken out in one area to accommodate the new footprint of the fence. His team did a great job on that as well. We felt that Grant and his team gave us a fair price and a wonderful product. We will not hesitate to recommend them and use them in the future!

The overall jobs went wonderful We called Grant he set up and appointment the day after we phoned he showed up early witch was hard to believe .While Grant walked us through the steps that would be taking we where amazed that they could get started the very next week .His employees showed up and where very polite and cleaned up after they where Done .Also when we had an emergency repair needed to our back yard fence Grant Cam out same day And was able to tear out old damaged fence from tree falling and started building new three days later. On a Side note While Grant was on site i hit him up for a donation to a non profit group WQMA in Monroe washington Not only did he Donate the fencing needed He came out and loaned us tools to do the job .First Class All the way

Northcreek submitted a professional proposal and gave good advice about the project. The owner was very flexible and accommodating.

The fence appeared to go in quickly and fairly well. The crew worked quickly and appeared professional. We do like how it looks. My only problem was with the amount of communication between the owner and us both during and after the install. They made some decisions about placement of the fence without asking for our feedback and once the work was done, they didn't check with us to see if we were happy with it. A gate that was installed was crooked and we had to ask to have it redone. They did not keep us posted on when that would be finished and one day, the guy just showed up. The gate looks fine, but it would have been nice to have us sign off on it and the fence in general. There are areas where the wire is buckled and they fenced out a swing that we had on our lawn.

More frequent communication with us as clients, as well as follow up for satisfaction would have gone a long way towards us wanting to work with Northcreek again. The final product is pretty good, so we're happy with that, but the process was a bit too checked out.

We were getting a dog and our front yard was partially fenced, Grant came out to give us a bid to fully inclose our yard and we needed help with the design. He had good ideas which included utilizing our chain link fence. He also had pictures that made it easy to choose a style. The workers were very nice and cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with the end product.
