Vince and his son Michael are wonderful to work with.  This is the second time we have used them and we would do it again.  The first work they did for us was a $28,000.00 large deck rebuild including Tufflex deck coating.  I have NOTHING bad to say about them at all.  Only GOOD!!  They are great guys to work with and do quality work.  We highly reccommend them.

They do a lot of work in Edmonds area but came highly recommended. Charged lower rates then others and backed up their work. I was scared of the "F" score but there are people in life that can't be pleased. Vince and his son Michael were great to deal with and communicate with. The initial install was fine, but in less than a year problems came up with the top coat surface. Small pock marks appeared when pine cone seeds dropped on the deck and seemed to melt into the surface. Later, whole sections of the top coat peeled off exposing the waterproofing layer underneath. I was very concerned as this deck is over my living room and I did not want to have a breach in the system. I had Vince come out several times to look at the deck and to give me options. He took the stance at every visit that the issue was not his problem and provided no support or suggestions. I finally had to have another decking company come out and grind off the failing top coat, repair several other issues with the original job and put a on new decking surface. I then wrote him a letter asking for at least a credit for part of the money that I had paid him. This got no response. Next, I posted a complaint with the BBB (Case #22139807) which also got no response. Do not use him!
