Logan Painting

Steve is the kind of contractor you love to work with. He is personable, up-front and professional. Due to my time restraints, he was able to look at a floor plan and some photos and give me a rough estimate over the phone. After he saw the actual condo, he fine tuned his estimate (which was almost dead on). He was willing to work with my quick schedule and did an awesome job. His work was very precise. He even gave me some advice on lightening up the wall color! It turned out perfect. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!!!!!

We contacted and interviewed multiple contractors (4 from Angie's List, 1 from Craigslist), and received a wide variety of bids from ~$1300 - $7000, which we narrowed down to 2. We chose Steve Logan because he so reasonable, professional and easy to talk through the details with.
Logan Painting was the one contractor from Craigslist, but Steve was INCREDIBLY responsive and provided names of multiple references. We called a couple of the references and even went to one of the houses to see the paint job. Only one other contractor was close to as responsive as Steve, but Steve was, above and beyond, the most responsive, returning calls and emails within a few hours, and providing answers to all questions about nuances for the job.
Steve and Vince (his contracting partner) did a FANTASTIC job at an amazingly reasonable price! They fixed parts of the house that we didn't ask to be fixed and provided great recommendations for how to fix things and save on costs.
As a proof point, Steve mentioned that he would come back to do touch-up painting after we installed new carpet. After a couple of weeks, Steve was the one who texted me, reminding me that he was ready to do touch-up painting whenever we were ready. During touch-up painting, Steve applied an extra coat of paint to the hallways and went through the entire townhome to look for other places that needed touch-up painting... and he didn't charge anything extra to do this.
I was extremely satisfied and highly recommend Steve!
