Mark and his crew did a fantastic job on the exterior of my home.  And this was no ordinary paint job.  The previous painting contractor did not do a good job, to the point that the paint was failing within 6 months of completion.  Despite repeated attempts to get resolution there was no movement.  I was gun shy about hiring another contractor because of how bad my previous experience had been.  I am happy to say that this family business that has a long history, represents good quality in every meaning of the word.  In the bidding process Mark let me know of any potential problems that could materialize from the poorly applied paint that was failing, in fact he insisted on doing the washing himself to determine their plan of attack.  The crew was able to correct the problems with my house and do the project in a timely and professional manner.  Any areas that I had questions about were immediately seen too.  That is the kind of service that all contractors should adhere too; but sad to say it isn't always true.  I have since recommended Mark to a number of friends.  I could not be more satisfied.
