 + -1 moreKathy always made us feel as if we must be her only clients. Her attention was always fully on us. She always returned phone calls in under an hour. When we went out of town during the time our home was listed, she took care of everything, even mowed our lawn. Our home sold in three months, happily fast for a horrible market. When searching for our new home, she got to know us so well she knew before us which home we would buy. She provided the wisdom and advice of her over 15 years in the business, without being pushy or arrogant. We have used other agents in the past, but Kathy is by far the best.
Description of Work: We listed our home with Kathy, and at the same time she found our new home. She expertly analyzed the market and advised us on pricing. She paid for a professional cleaner to ready our house for viewing, and a professional stager to make each room the best it could be. She herself spent hours cleaning up and beautifying the landscaping. She aggressively marketed our listing, bringing in more foot traffic than even the house two doors down that was for sale and almost identical to ours. As a buyers agent, she patiently and carefully listened to what we wanted, taking us out several times to see homes, narrowing the search until we found the perfect place. She helped us through the negotiations to get the best price. She stayed in touch every single day through closing.
