Kathy always made us feel as if we must be her only clients. Her attention was always fully on us. She always returned phone calls in under an hour. When we went out of town during the time our home was listed, she took care of everything, even mowed our lawn. Our home sold in three months, happily fast for a horrible market. When searching for our new home, she got to know us so well she knew before us which home we would buy. She provided the wisdom and advice of her over 15 years in the business, without being pushy or arrogant. We have used other agents in the past, but Kathy is by far the best.
