Description of Work: K& L Cleaning has been cleaning my gutters for the past 9 years. They are very punctual, do good job and the office staff is polite and courteous every time I have called. Sometimes they have needed to reschedule due to bad weather or sick worker but they take responsibility to work me in without me having to keep calling.I have also used them for window cleaning twice. Both times the people were very efficient, clean (take off shoes indoors) and did a good job. I have wood blinds in some windows which are very stubborn to pull down once I pull them up, so I made sure they pulled down those blinds once finished which they happily obliged. Again, they are not the cheapest but not too expensive either. I used them for pressure washing my driveway this summer (June). I was impressed that Ken was able to pull extra people to work so that the driveway could get cleaned before my guests arrived. He gave me priority and also suggested to put down bleaching product as the driveway was way too dirty and just pressure wash alone would not have been enough. His bid on pressure washing was better than other bids. Overall we are regular customers for these services and are happy with K&L.

+ -1 moreThey come in and clean the windows. You can't even tell they come in to clean. There are no drips and wear booties on their feet. They come in and clean and they are done. They are incredibly fast and the windows always look great, no spots or streaks. They do both the exterior and interior windows. They are just great.
Description of Work: I have our windows cleaned about every six months.
