Great.  These guys really care about gardening and went out of their way to help with instructions, encouragement.  Did a great job in a timely fashion.

They were excellent. I had a great experience with them. It was kind of a trade deal for some work I did for them. They were very thorough. They did a complete walk around the yard with me. The designer pointed out to me soil things and what they can do. It was really a personal care. They asked me about my lifestyle if I liked low or high maintenance for the yard and things like that. They took all that into account. So, I thought they really customized their work.

We have been extremely happy with the level of care and professionalism. Our only complaint is they are sometimes unresponsive via email, but their team of three comes very reliably and does a fantastic job on our mowing, pruning, weeding, etc. The yard has never looked better and we have referred them to several people who asked who takes care of our yard.

At first we were impressed with Jefferson Landscaping. However, their service and responsiveness has really gone downhill. While the flower beds are weed free and the hedges are trimmed nicely, our lawn has never looked worse--filled with mud and mold. It even looked bad last year and needed seeding (I bought the seed and sent email to Jefferson asking that they use my seed--I never got a response). Our lawn is in need of a huge overhaul (especially the back yard) but they have never approached us to add services or renew the lawn.

We have emailed the company about our concerns a couple of times and have received no response. We are considering either cutting back their services or hiring a different company. I have to say they are prompt and have never raised their prices in the many years (maybe 4?) that we've used them. I just don't think they are worth the money.

He has a great team. They have fair pricing, and are excellent landscapers. I can not say enough good things about them.

They come in and make real quotes at various levels. If you want a certain amount of things done, it would cost you a certain amount. They are really good about pricing out their quotes and giving a clear understanding of how much it would cost to do certain things. They are very good about giving you a variety of options in your quote for the work that they do. The work that they do is very good. They bring in a great crew. They clean up the extra stuff that's lying around. I've been very impressed with their ideas as far as their recommendations are concerned. I've been really happy with their suggestions. They've been really great about letting you know if they are in you're area and if you need any work done. They step by after the work has been done to check and make sure if you're satisfied with it. They are very community oriented and so you them in a community. They are really nice and I really like them. They are probably the best group for their pricing. They are definitely not the highest priced but they're more on the middle road. They are not going to be the lowest one but you get what you pay for. If you want it done well, I would go to them because I would definitely want it done well. So price is quality. They do good work and they're great. I will use their services again in the future.

It went very well. Jeff came over the day before the work started to cut down some of the trees and pulled out quite a few of the roots. We added in some things along the way and everything was taken care of. Everyone was very professional. We have used Jeff for quite a few years when we have needed help taking care of the lawn. He also had removed sod for us three years ago to make it easier to keep up our lawn. Very happy with all the work.

We have used Jefferson Landscaping for almost 2 years now. They are wonderful! My yard has never looked so good...and consistently. It has made me love my yard again. We have a lot of flower beds with no mulch and there is never a weed. And, my grass is gorgeous now! Jeff and Linda are the owners and they are great. Jeff gives lots of great advice...free of charge. I would HIGHLY reccomend them even though it is a little pricey, it is well worth the money.

Even though it was a little expensive, I got what I paid for. I didn t have a lot of interaction with them, but the communication that we did have was good. They came when they said they were going to, and they did what they said they were going to do.
