Flooring
Alan Loun was solicitous until it was discovered the wrong material had been installed for the kitchen counter. Instead of the granite that had been selected a porous limestone was installed. Within weeks of installation the counter began to pit and stain. Alan's response, after months of trying to get a resolution, was to send someone to my home every few months with a container of "sealant". He basically admitted responsibility but did nothing fair or worthwhile to correct the problem.

Ron provided excellent customer service and started the project early (house was empty so it was great) and ended on time. The area was cleaned up when they were done and the floors looked spectacular.

RON CAME OUT TO OUR HOUSE TO GIVE US A QUOTE. WAS EXTREMELY PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. ENDED UP GOING WITH A DIFFERENT QUOTE IN THE END.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND IN WORKING AROUND CONTRACTORS AND CRAZY TIMEFRAMES. THE SALESMAN EVEN CAME OUT TO CHECK ON PROGRESS, DEALT WITH A COUPLE OF ISSUES AND HELPED MOVE FURNITURE.

Carpet Installation
INNERSPACE IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY THAT SELLS ALL TYPES OF FLOORING. WE HIRED THEM TO INSTALL CARPETING IN MY ATTIC AND THE CARPET WAS VERY NICE AND GOOD QUALITY. I ESPECIALLY LIKED THE INSTALLERS. USUALLY CARPET INSTALLERS ARE NOT ESPECIALLY FRIENDLY AND THESE TWO GUYS WERE GREAT.
