I was losing faith in fencing contractors, having had two different companies come out for estimates but never bid the job or return my calls. I was tired of taking time off work to meet with contractors that never followed through. We contacted Tim after simply seeing a fence with his name and number on it. It was exactly the type of fence we'd been looking for. From our very first interaction, both Tim and Mary were incredibly responsive and professional. Tim was out to do an estimate within days, then Mary followed up with the paperwork and scheduling just a short time later. The fence came out perfectly. I was really impressed with the speed at which a two-man team got the job done. We love our new fence and are so happy to recommend Tim to anyone looking for a reliable contractor.

We highly recommend Holman's Custom Fencing! Our property borders with five other neighbors, so it was a complicated project from the get-go. Tim and Mary were both great at giving us all the information we needed to decide on the fence we wanted, and they were very responsive to any questions that I, my husband, or any of the neighbors involved had. After coming out to our place to see the scope of the job and take initial measurements, Tim got back to us within a few days, with a very reasonable estimate for a job of this size. Of the three contractors who submitted bids, Holman's fell in the middle. They also offered to extend the quoted price to any neighbors who wanted to replace their fences as well, provided the work was booked for the same time frame. That, plus Tim and Mary's consistently excellent responsiveness and pleasant, professional demeanor in each of our interactions, were the deciding factors. A note to anyone looking for similar services: book early, because the calendar fills up quickly. We began looking for contractors in May, after some storm damage, and many were already booked through the end of the year. We hired Holman's Custom Fencing in June, with the work scheduled to take place in the beginning of August. When August 1 arrived, Tim and his two-man crew, Brad and Thomas, arrived on time and got right to work. There are four words that best describe them: friendly, professional, efficient, and FAST. They had the old fence gone in record time. Not just on our property, either -- by the end of the first day, they had removed the old fence from our place and at least two other neighbors, and cleaned up perfectly behind themselves. When the time came for installation to begin, they were equally fast and organized. In addition to our property, they ultimately replaced fences for eight other houses in our neighborhood. They were done with everyone in a little less than three weeks from start to finish, and every neighbor I've talked to is thrilled with the result. The bottom line: If you're in need of a new fence, stop reading this and call Holman's.

Couldn't be happier with my new fence from Tim Holman. Our project was a large, 400-foot fence, about 50% wood and 50% chain link. I met with about 6 companies and Tim easily stood out as the best option.
1) Reliable. Consistently on time for appointments and communicated updates well.
2) Price. He came in a bit higher than our lowest bid; we had bids up to double his.
3) High quality work. He treated our project like he was building something for himself.
4) Good input/design. He made good design suggestions along the way which was really helpful to keep things moving.
5) Warranty. He gave us a 5-year warranty; nobody else I spoke to offered more than 1 year.
