What happened with them is that we ordered the door, and then when they installed it, it looked awful. I was upset because it didn't look like the picture I had seen. I ended up ordering another door, and they told me that if they found someone to buy the first one I bought, they would give me my money back. In the end I got a discount for the second door, and they haven't sold my first one yet, so I'm still waiting to see what happens with that. It was also difficult to get in touch with them because they wouldn't answer the phone. I even had to drive to where they are because they wouldn't answer my messages. Eventually they did a good job with the door, but they were not easy to deal with. The first door cost me $1750 and the second one $1064.
Description of Work: They installed a steel door in my garage after removing the old one I had.

THIS PARTICULAR JOB WAS A BIT DIFFERENT IN THAT WHEN WE INSTALLED THE DOOR THAT THE CUSTOMER ORDERED SHE DECIDED AFTER INSTALLATION THAT SHE DID NOT LIKE THE DOOR. THERE WAS NOTHING AT ALL WRONG WITH THE DOOR. IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT SHE ORDERED. WE DO THE BEST WE CAN TO COUNSEL OUR CUSTOMERS ON THEIR DOOR CHOICES BUT ULTIMATELY THE CHOICE IS THEIRS. WE WENT ORDERED TH NEW DOOR AND WERE PLANNING TO REFUND HER MONEY ON THE FIRST DOOR PROVIDING WE COULD RESELL IT, WHICH IS SOMETHING THAT WE DO NOT NORMALLY DO. WE WERE DOING WHAT WE COULD TO ACCOMMODATE OUR CUSTOMER IN THIS SITUATION. WE DID GIVE HER A DISCOUNT ON THE REPLACEMENT DOOR IN LIEU OF THE REFUND SINCE WE HADN'T RESOLD THE ORIGINAL DOOR YET.
