Exterior Painting
Hired this painter because references claimed he did prep work for painting. Had some areas where old paint was peeling and needed sanding and priming and included that in the bid. First day, painter starts painting over peeeling paint. I objected and they went back and sanded (not well). Owner tried to double charge me for it. Paint was high quality, but there are places where it's already starting to show bare spots.
