A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. TWO HOURS LATE WITH NO PHONE CALL. THEIR MACHINE BROKE DOWN TWICE AND THEY WERE UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE JOB ON THE FIRST TRY. FORGOT TO REPLACE THE HATCH TO THE ATTIC. I WAS TOLD BY THE WORKMAN THAT THEY WORK VERY LONG DAYS AND HAVE NO TIME TO REPAIR EQUIPMENT. RESCHEDULED TO FINISH JOB, AND THE CREW NEVER SHOWED. NO PHONE CALL THAT TIME EITHER. FINALLY SHOWED ALMOST ON TIME ON THE FOURTH TRY. HOWEVER THEY HAD INSUFFICIENT MATERIALS AND HAD TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR FOR A TRUCK TO DELIVER MORE. THE WORKERS WERE PLEASANT AND POLITE. HOWEVER THE COMPANY IS INCOMPETENTLY RUN, IN SPADES. I WASTED FOUR AFTERNOONS ON WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A TWO HOUR JOB. MORAL OF THE STORY - YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

DRAGONFLY INSULATION CAME OUT VERY PROMPTLY WHEN WE CALLED THEM FOR AN ESTIMATE. THEY GAVE US A COMPETITIVE BID, AND WERE ABLE TO DO THE WORK SHORTLY AFTER THAT. THEY INSULATED IN THE UNFINISHED BASEMENT AND IN THE ATTIC CRAWLSPACE

THEY WERE THE LOWEST BID. THEY WERE PROMPT AND QUICK (4 HOURS TO DO THE JOB). THEY DID A GREAT JOB WITH NO HASSLES. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. IT WAS CHEAPER THAN DOING IT MYSELF.
