HORRIFIC!!!! WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!! Our custom made drapes were blemish free and in pristine condition, only dusty. They came back dirty with footprints, tears and holes!!! Words cannot express. What did we ever do to you, COIT?!!!

Carlos has cleaned our carpets and upholstery 2-3 times now, and the work was EXCELLENT. He’s friendly and very focused a on doing a good job. And he does. I used another carpet cleaner because they were having a “special” (who will remain nameless) yet ultimately it cost more than Coit. And it was obvious that their Technicians were instructed to try and sell you a dozen products during the cleaning which I found VERY annoying I’ll never switch from Coit again. ?

Wonderful service, everything looks great (especially the wood floors). Can’t speak to the drapes yet as they have not come back. Would definitely use these folks again. He explained what he was going to do, how it all worked, dried and when to walk in again. I thought the cost for what they did was extremely reasonable.

Edriso was on time, personable and provided more information on carpet care than anyone previously. He was very thorough and did a really good job. Carpets never looked better.

Great. Came within 2 days of me calling them. Gave me a 2 hour window the day before. Arrived at the beginning "!!!" of the 2 hour window. One of my vents is really up high. Cleaned both vents, no problem. One of them really needed it (brand of dryer makes a difference!).

The service was great but the extra charges ended up running up the bill.

The estimate for the work to be done was very satisfying. The gentleman was able to start the procedure straight away and completed it in little over an hour.

They are great people, and they worked hard, but the stains reappeared sooner than expected.

Th carpets looked good at first but within a month most of the stains returned.  The provider also unraveled the hose to hook up to his equipment and didn't bother to put the hose back like it was when he arrived.   The hose was just left unravel on the front porch.

The service was NOT performed as the initial meeting did not go well, the guy was nice but not interested and the price quote was a rip off for what I wanted done. This is why they will not give people a quote over the phone as they probably know that people will prepare and get their house all ready for the tech and then end up paying the over priced quote as they have taken the time to prepare and take time off to be home.... Well I am not one of those people. I would rather wait and use someone else.

from the initial call to the return of the drapes, the provider was really great.  We only had two cloth type blinds to clean and they did not even hesitate to provide great service as if we had 100 blinds to clean.

Did a wonderful job.  The worker did great work, highly professional, very friendly.  Only negative is that when he connected his hose from his truck to our home, the hose left a brown spot on the grass.  He could have run the hose on the sidewalk instead of over the grass. We use COIT every year and they do excellent work.

This company has in the past done a very good job for us. Their actual service is still good, but their customer service and communication have gone badly downhill.
I scheduled carpet cleaning on a certain date. No one showed up, and no one called. I called the local phone number and got a call center in some other state. They, of course, knew nothing. Eventually someone from the local office called and apologized but did not have an explanation for what happened. The service was rescheduled for the following week.
The following week, I did get a call ahead of time, and the technician showed up on time. He did a good job of cleaning the carpets. He took an area rug with him for cleaning at their facility. He said the rug would be returned in about a week, and that I would get a call a day or so before.
I did not receive a call a day before. The morning of the possible delivery, I received a message saying the technician would arrive between 10 and noon. As it happened, I was not going to be home during those hours. No one asked me what my schedule was on that day! I called the local number, again got a call center, was kept on hold for 10 minutes, and then got a customer service agent who seemed surprised that I was not willing to change my plans to accommodate Coit! She finally agreed to change the appointment to another day. She said she would contact the technician.
A few hours later the technician called to say he had stopped by, and no one was home. Apparently no one contacted him about the change in schedule. I do not yet have my rug back.
In addition, I received multiple calls from Coit during the intervening week, trying to sell me other services. I keep asking to be taken off the sucker list, but they do not seem to get the message very well.
Although the actual service they provide is still good, Coit has terrible customer service, and the local office and the call center do not communicate with each other. This is not a good way to retain customers. I will probably find another carpet cleaning service on Angie's list next time I need my rugs cleaned.
