Pool and Spa Servicing
It took them a month to get to us, that's because they were backlogged, and then they had to give a return service because the repair process broke loose to different connections. It was resolved, they took care of it, they took care of the second one with no charge, and they were pretty responsive on it, I just wasn't happy, it took them a month to get out. They came out at the end of July, I put the trouble taken in towards the beginning of July. Slow dispatch, they came out, they've done the job and the work then was done, it caused a second problem that was anybody who touch it would have happened, so I'm not worried about that so much, but it was a slowly dispatch, and they're excuse was one of their resident passed away but they need to have more resource available, because one person caused them a month away in response.
