Capeable family members had done some repair work and ordered more parts. When Nick, the tech, arrived He spoke briefly on the phone for explaation of what had been done. He then pulled the covers and began inspecting. He repaired the heater, changed some worn gaskets and checked the previous work. He took a few minutes to explain cause of malfunction and things that could be done to make spa experience better. Also, answering my questions about replacement covers. He was proffessional, friendly and knowledgeable. In the future we will go with this company.

We called Clearwater to schedule and had to wait 3 weeks for them to come out. We thought our appointment was at 9 am however they came 2 1/2 hours later. The service technician was polite and pleasant to talk with however I felt like some of our questions about noise of the motor were answered with some uncertainty. We noticed afterwards that one of the screws to the hot tub panel was missing and a few of them looked crooked. The reason we keep using Clearwater is because they are familiar with our hot tub and it is their brand of hot tub however I'm not sure if we will use them again in the future.

The same service guy came out and fixed the problem. It was a cracked jet. It didn't charge me for a service call since they had serviced it for me before.
I've visited their showroom in Woodinville and they were all very knowledgeable and polite.
