Our scheduler tried to help with instructions in case you were unable to find another company. She did not know, however, that you did have surgery recently so we might have been able to find help sooner for you. Our decision to suspend service to your area was based on increased costs and distance, and do apologize again for this inconvenience. Bill Austin came to our home and talked us through the various areas of our yards. The yards are oddly shaped and back up to wetlands so it was quite a challenge. We had some artificial turf in our side dog yard and he gave us options as to how we could run the system from front to back without disturbing this turf. His workers were quick, did not leave a mess or holes that we could fall in (since this was a several day job). Bill was on the job each day, supervising his workers. We were thrilled with the difference this system made to our scattered plantings.
The system has a rain detector so the sprinklers don't go if it rains. Really a nice water saver.
In October, his crew came by one morning (with an appointment) and winterized the system.
We were very pleased with Bill and his crew. We are considering having him install a lighting system in the back yard!

I don't often write reviews and have never before written a negative one, however this is terrible customer service and they are not honoring their warranty. I understand this is a busy time of year for all sprinkler companies but they have pretty much ignored me for a month.
I would not use this company again and would warn off others who are considering them.
"Hello Mr. [member name removed] - I am sorry that you were/are having issues. That is not the way we do business now or over the past 32 years. It has been a very busy time with this unusual weather, but we certainly will not use that as an excuse. One item that concerns me is that you feel this section of your system has not worked well since 2012 - Again, I apologize if this was brought to our attention over the past three years and we did not respond. You do have a warranty which we honor, so I will check on that and see what happened there. Thank you for your time. Dorothy"
