I really liked the fact they called and reminded me about the appointment. Left a voice mail, and then called again to suggest what time the next day they'd be there. Arrived on time, and kept the house clean while working. My husband said they were very professional, and kept him informed as they were working about things that they found.
Overall a very good experience. We will use them again!
