PRICED WITH THE COMPETITION. HAD TO PREPAY TWO DAYS IN ADVANCE OF DELIVERY DATE. ARRIVED 4 HOURS LATER THAN WAS PROMISED. TOOK THE DAY OFF FROM WORK AND THEY DID NOT SHOW UP UNTIL 6:00PM. DRIVER GOT LOST TWICE BECAUSE HE WOULD NOT LISTEN TO ME GIVING HIM THE DIRECTIONS. HAD TO USE HIS THOMAS GUIDE WHICH WAS INCORRECT FOR OUR AREA.
