my fireplace window and called these guys for service. The guy who came admitted he was a "jack of all trades
master of nothing" type of guy and I knew then I was had. He took out the glass, removed the logs, vacuumed the fireplace,
cleaned the glass and called it good. He gave no indication he knew anything technical about how it ran or what
could be causing the soot issue. Within three days the glass was black again and I gave them two different calls
with no call back. Total rip off with misrepresentation of service expertise. Wouldn't recommend this outfit for
fireplaces....guess that's my problem for believing they do this sort of thing.
