After being broken into, we needed our window fixed quickly. Other companies I called told me it would be at least a few days to come out and then a minimum of a week following that to get a window installed. When I called and explained my situation Accurate Glass agreed to come out after the end of the day to measure and quote me a repair. They came out on Tuesday, ordered a window and had it installed by Thursday. I really appreciated the effort to help us feel secure in our house once again. I will definitely call them again!

We had some glass desk tops that needed to be cut down to size.
Accurate glass came out and measured the glass on our existing desk and
then took the glass and cut it size at their shop. One section was especially difficult cut.
For what was cut, we were very pleased with the quality and cost of the service.

Very responsive, came right out and measured. Scheduled an installation time and were very friendly and punctual. I thought the price was reasonable as well. Great shop!

When I called, Mark was very friendly and confident he could do the work. I delivered the glass to his address with instructions, although I think he would have picked it up. He had the work done in a couple of days and delivered it back to my home for free. His price was about 2/3 of other estimates I obtained. Several places I called couldn't even do the cutting themselves. Overall it was a very good experience.

I called and got an estimate over the phone. Someone was supposed to call me to schedule a time to measure the window. I didn't hear back, so I called and got it scheduled. Someone at the office had been sick, so that explains the delay. The install was scheduled a week later. Mark did a great job and everything went smoothly.

When I first called to get a bid, Mark came out to my house within 4 hours of receiving my call to give me an estimate. After deciding to go with Accurate Glass, I called him back and he was at my house 45 minutes later installing the plywood over the broken picture window. He ordered the new window and when the new window arrived 7 days later (due to New year's holiday and snowy road conditions), he came back to my house, removed all of the broken glass still remaining in the window frame, and installed the new window.

Fantastic! They came out immediately to measure and give an estimate. We did have to wait a bit for the glass to come in, but delivery was quick, installation was well done and the cost was exactly on target. A very good experience.

The seal had broken in one of the panes of our kitchen garden-style window, allowing condensation to collect. I called Accurate Glass and received a price estimate by phone. Within a couple days, a service rep came out to verify the dimensions before placing the order. The new window pane was replaced within a week at the price initially quoted by phone. All personnel who assisted me--from the office staff to the work crew--conducted themselves politely and professionally. My job was completed when promised and at the price quoted. I would definitely use this company again in the future.
