Becky, who got us started listened to what we required, gave us a competitive price, and was responsive. Brad, owner came to do final measurements a couple days after contract signing; office coordinator, Stephany answered questions about billing & timing. Ken installed, as promised, within their time window. He was fast, efficient, and the window coverings look beautiful. Super happy with the process, working with the team & their efforts to please us with such a fine result.

Brad and his partner did a good job replacing all our blinds at our school. The job took longer than expected and was a difficult one. Took two Saturdays and they finished the job.

I purchased my pleated shades from an on-line source and needed an installer. One day following my call Ken showed up to install my shades. He was quick, efficient, and personable. The office staff were very helpful and informative when I made first contact. Overall I was very impressed with their customer service. Ken installed 19 shades in less than an hour. Two of them came from the factory that were cut wrong. He took them and had them re-cut and installed them just a few days later. I would definately recommend Infiniti.

I hired this company specifically because they were supposed to know about a certain type of motorized blind I had bought and needed installing, but they were not very familiar with it and I had to finish the installation myself with the help of the support desk of the manufacturer. They tried to help as best they could but in the end did not live up to expectations. On several occasions I was promised a call back to make an appointment and always had to make the call myself in the end.

I thought they were very helpful in helping me pick out my blinds for my new home. I really needed a lot of help deciding on what kind and/or color of blind to choose for each room. They were really helpful- helping me choose everything from the right color and material with each room. I also liked the customer service I received- that is very important and they did a great job.

The results were great!! I bit on the expensive side @ 35./blind. w/ trip charge when my home is blocks away from their shop. The people are very plesant! They do get the job done!
