They were easy to work with. They really understood our needs and what we were looking for. It was a custom built home. So they were very responsive to additional information that we needed on changing our mind on different doors.

The overall look of the ramp is nice and they were very quick to get the job done but they did not listen to us as the homeowners and they built it the way they thought it should be built, we wanted the posts dug in to the ground so that it would not get pushed up by the frost but they said it would not happen but that winter it got pushed up and i was not able to use the ramp at all because of the fact that we could not get the door open. Like i said the ramp looks nice but i didnt not like the fact that they did not listen to me at all.
