Meza Asphalt removed the existing pavement (cracked asphalt and concrete), spread and compacted a layer of crushed rock, and installed 2.5 to 3 inches of compacted asphalt. I was particularly pleased with the way water flows toward my catch basin and away from my garage. The owner (Raphael Meza) has been in the paving business for decades and knows what he is going. He was easy to work with and I was very pleased with the result. The new surface looks great!
