Pronto arrived when they said they would, were friendly and business-like and did what they could to find the leaks. The fact that the location indicateed was not real close to the actual leaks meant that we had to do a lot of digging to find and repair the leaks (which we did ourselves because of the very high cost to have a professional do the work).
The bottom line is that the technology available to find underground water leaks isn't very precise.
