Each time, Myron and Burke have been able to bring it back to virtually brand new condition. Well beyond my expectations and hopes.
They are extremely personable, respond very quickly to emails and questions, and they come to you with the fully equipped self-suffcient van of supplies, goodies, and (i think) magic.
They will let you know what they think, explain what they see, what your options are, etc.
It's pretty rare in my experience to find someone that is personable, friendly, works hard, takes pride in their work, and charges competitive rates. I looked around a good while before contacting MJP Detailing, and my effort to find them was definitely not wasted.
What used to take me an entire afternoon of backbreaking labor they can get done far more quickly and FAR better quality.
I'll be continuing to use these guys on a regular basis for all of our detailing needs.
I contacted Myron on Monday afternoon and he was out at our house by the next morning to start the work. He spent hours cleaning our Jeep Wrangler that was terribly dirty from having the top off the jeep all summer and from driving around two little kids. The convenience of him coming to our house and his prompt service was well worth the money. He did a great job.
He showed up at my house, and introduced himself. He then walked to my car, and asked if I had any problems or concerns. I showed him where someone had keyed my car.
After washing the car, he was able to see problem areas in better detail, and gave me an estimate on the spot for the scratched areas.
He was very thorough when cleaning the exterior and interior of my car. The outside had a mirror finish, and was smooth like ice.
The inside was shiny and looked like a brand new vehicle.
The tires were shined up and they looked new again as well.
Myron did all of this work by himself, and took about 3 hours to complete.
Overall, I was very impressed with his work, and would not hesitate to contact him again.
Myron arrived and we discussed the car and I showed him the specific areas of concern and he began working. When he was done I was amazed at how good the car looked. The paint had a shine on it that was amazing. The interior of the car was spotless. The leather seats looked great and the carpet which was tan and had several coffee spills on it was perfectly clean. When he popped the hood the engine looked amazing. All the plastic pieces and hoses looked as if they were brand new.
I offered the car for sale the following week and it did not take long to sell it. The first buyer made me an offer on the car and we worked out a sale. I have no doubt that the money spent on Myron's service were well worth it because I received top dollar for the car. I would highly recommend Myron to anyone and plan to use him again in the future.
"For this service an express detailing service that was purchased through the big deal for the suv price of $75. We offered 50% off the shampoo service as it was not included in the express detail and was an add on service. The service was declined and recognized that it was not included by Mr. [removed member name]'s wife.We do have plenty of services that include carpet shampoo. The entry level express detail had all services that were stated in the print in the deal performed at the clients house. Had the customer purchased one of our more premium services that included carpet shampoo the service or bought the add on service at 50% off we would have been performed the service. As stated there was no where in the print of the daily deal that this service was included in the express detail."
When Myron arrived, I explained the situation, and my budget constraints, given my goal of maximizing how much money I could get for the car. He was hesitant to take the job at what I was able to pay ($200), fearing that I would be displeased with the work, since it wouldn?t be a full detailing. I understood his concern, but told him that he had to agree that the bar had obviously already been set just about as low it could go, in terms of how the car then looked, and that, money aside, even if he were to spend just 15 minutes on my car, it would look far better than it did before he started. I absolutely, positively COULD NOT take it to a dealer looking as awful as it did, and I needed his help. He agreed to do the best he could with whatever my $200 would buy me, and I assured him that I was sure to be pleased with whatever that ended up being.
Looking back, I can say that I really just had no idea what I was talking about when I said I?d be pleased, because I never dreamed I would be as blown away by his work as I was. After exactly 3 ½ hours from the time he?d called to let me know he had first arrived, I got the call that he was finished. Myron lives in my community, so it was only a short walk to where he had set up his workspace. When I turned the corner and saw my car from about 50 yards away, all I could see was the sunshine reflecting in every surface of the car. Literally, every single surface I saw was gleaming, and reflected everything surrounding it in its now super-shiny (yet still 15 year-old!) paint job and spotless windows. I was FLOORED. I don?t even think it was that shiny on the day I bought it, brand new. No joke. But the dazzling didn't end there. Inside, Myron had restored the upholstery to perfection, especially the driver's seat, whose tan cloth had been stained by coffee spills back in the day when I had a morning commute. The transformation was remarkable, to say the least
For me, the best part came the next day, when I took it to a well-known used car dealer for an evaluation/offer. When I walked out to the parking lot with the gentleman helping me, he said, ?oooh, is this your car?!? I said, ?yes, it is! Isn?t it cute?!? He said, ?yes! It looks beautiful. What year is it?? I said, ?it?s a `99.? He said, ?NO IT ISN?T!? I insisted it was. He then said, I swear to you, no exaggeration, ?well, you have obviously taken exceptionally good care of it.? I just smiled and said, ?well, thanks! I?ve done the best I could.? (I wanted to spill the details of my secret weapon, but I was able to keep my mouth shut.) They gave me exactly the offer I was hoping for, and I ended up selling them the car. I am absolutely certain I *might* have been offered half of that, had I not hired Myron to detail it. Those ended up being 200 of the best dollars I?ve ever spent.
I would recommend MJP Auto Detailing to anyone, any day, all day long. His work is top-notch, and he clearly takes pride in what he does. I look forward to being his customer for as long as I have a car to take care of.
I will absolutely be using Myron and his company, MPJ Auto Detailing, again.
"After walking around the vehicle with the customer everything was satisfactory. 15 minutes after leaving we were contacted by the customer about an issue of an area that just next to the windshield that was claimed that it had not been compounded. I said I can come right back and resolve the concern. The customer said not to worry about it, but to let them know when we were in the area again and look at it to resolve the issue. When we were out to that area again an email was sent the day before and we received no response. As our focus is and always will be for customer satisfaction , we will never purposely look over problems. This is the reason we do a walk around with the customer to make sure they are 100% satisfied with the work before we leave and point out any concerns the customers has. If something does come up after we have gone we want to resolve the issue promptly to continue to earn a customer's business."
