All work was performed as specified and was done efficiently. Employer and workers arrived on time and went right to work. The employer/owner is a no-nonsense person, exactly the kind of business person I like to deal with.

In the past, Knox has done good work for me, and the price has been right. Most recent job had a hiccup, but I thought we worked it out OK, all things considered. He is always prompt, and the work meets my expectations. The main difficulty for me is that he is kind of crabby. I don't like hearing him bad-mouth his workers.
