Description of Work: I called them to give an estimate of the cost and "doability" of trimming a tree. Person who answered said they would take a look. Noone ever came or called back. I think they don't want my business.

 + -1 moreAll work was performed as specified and was done efficiently. Employer and workers arrived on time and went right to work. The employer/owner is a no-nonsense person, exactly the kind of business person I like to deal with.
Description of Work: Trimmed "skirts" of trees; trimmed juniper bushes; cleaned up trimmings and hauled them away. Ensured I was satisfied with their work.

 + -1 moreIn the past, Knox has done good work for me, and the price has been right. Most recent job had a hiccup, but I thought we worked it out OK, all things considered. He is always prompt, and the work meets my expectations. The main difficulty for me is that he is kind of crabby. I don't like hearing him bad-mouth his workers.
Description of Work: Removed two tress. (He has done other work for me over the years.)
