This was such an easy, pleasant experience, from the bid to the actual work to the thank-you note I got in the mail afterwards. The work team was prompt and professional, and very careful around the house with their equipment. All the glass was sparkling and beautiful and perfect when they were done. Next time I will have them clean the gutters too!

I have had this company come twice a year for the past five years. They do a good job and have professional staff.First, they schedule your appointments at the begining of the year. They call to confirm earlier in the week. They arrive with buckets already full of fresh, hot water. They bring their own ladders and equipment. They introduce both members of the team. They ask about pets. They take off their shoes at the door. They are respectfull of the area around each window. They tell you when they are finished and ask you to look around. Then they give you the invoice. You can pay by check then or send in payment.
If it rains in the next day or so, you can call them back for touchups. I have also called about streaks once and they came right back. I also have them clean my chandelier once every couple of years and they change all the bulbs.
