Clear, straightforward, and patient explanations. We were ready to have to rebuild the transmission, but instead they told us that the transmission looked great and clean and we shouldn't have to worry about rebuilding it for a very long time.

They're transmission specialists and have been in thebusiness for about 20 years. When I took the truck to the dealer, they couldn't find anything wrong with the transmission and replaced only a few parts. They quoted me $3,000. Wilder's was highly recommended by three different sources, so I took my truck to to them. They concluded that I needed the 2nd gear replaced, which they did. They saved me alot of money and it's been running beautifully since.
