 + -1 moreFollowed customer service directions to open account. Was double billed for 4 months, after following customer service advice to renew monthly subscription. I apparently opened 2 accounts. Customer service unwilling to help with dual account. Had to cancel subscriptions. Did not even offer a free paper. Won't read the Wenatchee World again.
