The inspection was thorough. The inspector was informative and professional and walked me through the whole process. My HVAC unit has a slow and small leak, which has required attention but not a complete fix. Last year, the inspector suggested to wait and see what happened over the summer with the leak before spending time and money to repair. I will use this company again this Spring to inspect the system and most likely repair the leak.

They arrived before scheduled time. Found the problem really fast. Fixed it and helped up figure out our thermastat, which had been driving us crazy for years. Very professional, and knowledgeable and shared that with us. We really appreciated his up front, honest assessment of our situation, and the fact he did not charge extra for that assessment,
