My neighbor across the street has a very nice looking driveway, my driveway looks like crap. He is a contractor and hires people to work for him. My neighbor had a very good experience with them and I was expecting the same. The service provider didn't do everything I wanted him to do.  He convinced me that I didn't need these things.  The first pour, the workman left cement footprints on top of a retaining wall and even more cement footprints left after the second pour.  He said he would come clean but never did. Craftsmanship was questionable, there are indications of the cement is already deteriorating and there is discoloration.  The second pour left a 10 foot crack and there is even more discoloration.  Rosali has admitted that he needs to redo the second  pour but doesn't agree with me that the first one needs redone. It has been more than a month and he refuses to speak with us or return emails.  He would set up appointments and would no call, no show. I need him to replace the work he has done.
