It was a big office and I was helped by Suzie. She was able to pull my account in and take a look. She explained what a Health Savings Account was and why it was important. I could even use my normal bank to get one. They set up the payment that day so that I would have coverage on the 1st. When my cards come in I would be able to add the dental and even set up a direct payment with the insurance company so that I wouldn't have the mess that the normal exchange people were having.
The best thing was the cost. It cost me nothing to work with a broker and it gave me piece of mind that I was supporting a local small business.
