He does good work when he shows up. Sometimes he doesn't show up when he says he is going to be there. He is very hard to get a hold of. UPDATE 7.11.2017 As of this morning, I have not been able to get in touch with him whatsoever. He is totally unresponsive and unreliable. I will not be using him again if he does ever get back in touch with me. 11/28/2017: The F is because he planted grass for me in a very small area, charged me 100$, i paid that amount because he guaranteed that the grass will grow, i tried to get through with him to say what its wrong, i wasnt able to get through and now the area which he planted grass is baren and no grass at all. he said he's going to use a step by step process because he said that the grass will grow in that area, it 3ft wide and charged me 100$ which i was going to pay because he said he can solve the problem. Havent heard of him eversince. the work didnt work out.
