Fireplace masonry installation was not installed correctly.   Masonry was loose the day after installation with some falling out! Repeated contact was met with either no response or  "we will take care of it".   After two months, this provider did not take care of it, and became annoyed that we were even asking when it would be fixed.  We had to hire another contractor to fix the project. The new contractor pointed out what should have been done.   The provider performed unknowledgeable installation and
extremely poor customer service.

Absolutely great! From the ordering of the tile to the installation and the mantel being the perfect color!

The difference is night and day!

Curtis and Billy were both very helpful, punctual and professional in coming into our home and fixing our shower.

They came out and estimated our outdoor kitchen remodel considerably less than what the Costco Contractors had. The Costco Contractor had estimated $9000.00 for the cheapest granite countertops and stated that it could be more if there were damage underneath the current tile. The Costco Contractor also stated that we would be responsible for the removal of all appliances. Curtis Tile and Miller Contracting estimated my remodel to be approximate $1800.00 less than what Costco's Contractor had estimated, with the very plain "Nilla" Granite Countertop. We accepted the estimate and had the option to upgrade the granite, in which we did. The name of the Granite we went with is Seinna Bordeaux, which is absolutely gorgeous! This increased our estimate by about $1400.00. They removed the existing tile and and underlayment and replaced with natural stone veneer. They were very professional, informative and extremely knowledgeable... I would definitely recommend this company to anyone! My outdoor kitchen is absolutely beautiful! The workers even watered my plants while I was out of town.... they were such a pleasure to work with.

They had a remnant that I fell in love with, there was a small cut in it but they told me they could put in a seam that would be unnoticeable. when they placed the stone I noticed the seam immediately and told them about it. I was told that it would lighten up and be less noticeable, that the glue was not completely dry. It never did! very noticeable, when I went back and complained they said they would come out and look at it, but they never did. called twice and have never heard from them. had hardwoods put in after so now I believe I'm stuck it... bothers me every time I see it.
