They are really good to work with. I used them before and they did a really good job. Their location is convenient and the staff were friendly.

They installed two windows in my home. The windows were installed on the day I requested. The installation was done professionally and looks great.

The installers were very polite and cleaned up all the debri from removing the old windows. The new windows look great. This is the 3rd time we have used this company to replace aging window in our home.

Installed windows, worked around many hiccups, kept me updated with issues, friendly even though I hovered, could have cleaned up a little more (dirty hand prints on door handles for example). In all, professional, punctual and it looks as though they did a good job.

The south side of our home is all windows. Many are differently shaped and sized. They came out to measure each of the ones that needed replacement. We were charged for product and labor for three windows. ONLY two windows were replaced. When I called to ask them to adjust the bill to remove the one small window and associated labor, I was told to pay the entire bill and they would and quot;put a creditand quot; on our account.

I still have not heard from them or received any information that we will indeed not be charged for that third window and the associated labor.
I will use them again because they owe us a window. And I will make sure I'm there the entire time. This is our weekend home, so I wasn't there when the installation happened. That was MY mistake!

Everything went great from start to finish. Ian and Josha came out and did the inital measuring then came back when the doors were ready to be installed. They did a wonderful job and even handled the unexpected problems that came up. Both worked to make sure the doors fit properly and were pleasant while doing it. Ian vacuumed up carpet in front of the door after each door was done and they cleaned up the area outside also. I would give them an A+ for a job well done.

The installing went well considering it was a very rainy day. They were wet and cold but kept at it until all windows were installed and clean up was finished.

A wonderful job was done by the entire crew of the Community Glass Company. Everything that I asked be done, was done. Shawn Hammons, the sales rep, was knowledgeable, helpful and unfailingly patient with me, and kept me fully informed throughout the project. The work crew arrived on time, in a happy mood, and ready to work. Each man had a job he obviously knew how to do without discussion. They wasted no time. They very quickly removed my old windows and loaded them on their truck for removal. They vacuumed clean the edges of the window openings prior to installing the new windows. They correctly nailed the new windows to the house frame, not to the outside siding of the house. The appropriate caulking was applied evenly around the windows. The crew brought 2 vacuums that were kept in almost constant use on the sawdust, and kept my inside carpet so very tidy that I could see no improvement when I vacuumed after the crew finished the job and left. They even cleaned the new windows so well that I did not have to do the job myself.
The final billing arrived a few days later and was for the agreed-upon amount. Every part of the job went without a hitch and was nearly stress-free for me.
One of the reasons that I chose Community Glass for my project was to fulfill a promise made 7 years ago when they helped me recover from a disastrous window job by another company. At that time two of my windows had failed, and I had purchased replacement windows from one of the local big box stores. The window products themselves were very satisfactory, but the installation was horrible. Over my protests the installers attached the new windows to the outside siding of the house, and then applied dabs of caulking only every 6 inches or so. They insisted that that was the proper way to do the job (and they were bigger than I was). A few months later there was a downpour of rain that drenched my inside walls and carpeting because the rain entered the house from around the edges of those windows. There was nothing to hold the rain out. The manager of the big box store shrugged his shoulders and refused to stand behind the terrible installation job, saying there was nothing he could do because the installers were contractors, not his employees. In panic I phoned Community Glass and they arrived the next morning. They removed and then re-installed the 2 windows, nailing them to the house frame not the house siding, and applying the proper caulking continuously around the windows. It took the 2 men from Community Glass only 30-40 minutes to do that job. I told them that when I could afford to replace the rest of my windows I would hire Community Glass to do the work if at all possible.
