 + -1 moreThe bathrooms turned out great, no problems encountered. The kitchen/dining room eventually turned out great, but there were some difficulties, none were the fault of Dave's installation. We encountered a rare instance of efflorescence, where discoloration of the grout occurred. To Dave's credit, he was able to strip that substance off the grout and reseal the tile. The floor now looks fabulous!
Description of Work: Dave installed solid-body porcelain floor tile in two bathrooms and kitchen/dining room. Installation included underlayment, thinset, grout and seal. It is important to note, the installation price included all materials, including the tile, which was Italian Porcelain (rather expensive).
