Met Mr. Storozyk over the phone (via recommendation).
He and I quickly came to an agreement when he could come out and fix the hole in my wall. To aid him, he asked me to send a picture of the hole (via cell phone), and I was glad to do so.
He arrived promptly, was tidy in his set-up and take-down of materials, and completed the patch in less than an hour.
He is professional in manner, professional in the work he does--and likes what he does.
