I was impressed with Arne's level of professionalism and good customer service. This was Arne's business and you could tell that he truly cared about the quality and integrity of his service. His business was backflow testing and that is what he specialized in. I could tell by his level of skill and knowledge when I asked questions and observed him testing my Backflow valve that he was truly a subject matter expert in Backflow valves. Arne did not sub the work out he was the only tester in his business, and that gave me a lot of confidence in the excellence and quality of his work. His fee was very competitive with all of the many bids that a got for the Backflow testing and in fact was one of the best prices quoted to me from all of the other companies I called.
I also felt very confident that if I needed my Backflow valve repaired or replaced Arne would be the man I would trust to do the job right. He was very patent with me and answered all of my questions and was very happy to let me watch the entire testing procedure. I would highly recommend Arne?s Backflow Assembly Services.
