+ -1 moreI need a spa maintained on a real estate listing with an out of town owner and she refused to to the work because she is afraid of getting paid. When I mentioned I would pay here she hung up the phone. It is amazing that there is $25,000 worth of work being done and most of the contractors have billed the client and the roofer asked for a 50% deposit. As a realtor I have preferred service companies that I recommend to clients who use them.
Description of Work: Nothing- basically hung up on me, pretty rude.
